Photon Quantum Developer or small team needed for deterministic skill-based game PoC with replay verification
We are looking for a freelancer, B2B contractor, small team, or gamedev studio to develop a technical PoC for a deterministic skill-based competitive gaming platform.
The purpose of the PoC is to demonstrate that the gameplay operates without any element of randomness, under identical conditions for all players, with the ability to replay the session, verify player inputs, and prepare technical evidence materials for a regulatory review process.
The scope includes a simple arena or mini-game built in Unity, preferably using Photon Quantum or an equivalent deterministic architecture, input recording, replay/ghost mode, state/hash logging, a fixed map, fixed rules, no RNG, a demonstrable build, and technical documentation.
Required experience includes Unity, C#, multiplayer systems, deterministic simulation, replay systems, lockstep/rollback architecture, or Photon Quantum/Fusion.
An NDA will be required before sharing the full brief. Full IP assignment for the source code, documentation, and builds will also be required.
