Blender Add-on for Carpenters

From a Simple Script to a Full Add-on

I need someone who is proficient in Python and familiar with Blender versions 4.1–4.4. I’ve been working for some time on small improvements to Blender to support carpentry workflows. I have several working scripts that perform specific tasks, but now I need someone who can bring them together into a single coherent add-on, while adding a set of defined features (listed above).

I will provide the scripts that should be integrated into one (or more) add-ons. Then I would like to add new functionalities and open the door for future expansion. After that, I want to organize the entire codebase on GitHub so I can continue to develop new versions and improvements over time.

Knowledge of the furniture/carpentry industry would be helpful in understanding the context, but it’s not required — I’m happy to guide and explain anything needed.

What matters most is strong proficiency in Python.

Advanced knowledge of Blender will be a huge plus — if you've ever tried modeling realistic furniture in 3D (especially in Blender), you're exactly who I’m looking for.

And of course, English proficiency is an advantage.
